We offer three packages: our accessories package, our room package and our complete home package. Your e-décor specialist will work with you via skype, phone and email to execute your project. It is fun, very economical and a full solution for the interior of your condo, apartment or loft.

Ever Modern Home’s prices are so low because we buy direct from the manufacturer. Our overheads are much lower than the box stores and other brick and mortar retailers. We transfer our savings directly to you. This is how we can offer low pricing on all of our modern furniture and home décor. In addition, there is no sales tax on our orders except if you live in Canada.
We do our best to offer the best prices possible and fabulous deals throughout the year. We have a standing offer of 10% off of any purchase (one time use) just by signing up for our newsletter. Once you sign up, the coupon code will be given to you and you can use this upon checkout. However, we are happy to match any price that you see on the web. Ever Modern Home is an approved supplier for all of the products we sell. This means you get the full manufacturer's warranty.

Follow the instructions on the order page. Please fill out the shipping and click the security policy box. Lastly, fill out payment information and confirm. The order is then processed by Ever Modern Home. An email confirmation will be automatically generated and sent to you.
Fast Shipping and Tracking
Every one of our products ships out in 12-36 hours, once the order has been processed.

Accurate Stock Status
All products are updated with daily inventory feeds. This means that the product you see is available. From time to time there may be a product that was running low and purchased just hours before. In this case, the Ever Modern Home Customer Relations Team will notify you as soon as possible.

For large orders including freight shipping orders, white glove orders and orders over 250lbs, our shipping company may call you prior to delivery to coordinate a convenient delivery time for you.
